QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6-12 months experience in a business office preferably in the insurance industry
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong written, oral and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated experience in juggling multiple tasks simultaneously in an environment of continual interruption
- A demonstrated ability and willingness for knowledge of PC, mainframe and Windows operating systems
- Ability to recognize and adjust work pattern to facilitate departmental projects and priorities
- Ability to comprehend and calculate basic actuarial policy calculations
- Regular and reliable attendance and punctuality is an essential function of this position

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Administrative time driven error and notification reports for ongoing policy maintenance
- Process DEFRA/TAMRA signals for policy compliance and administrate Premium Deposit Fund and account balancing.
- Training part-time student intern and Support Tech I on systems and information distribution support.
- Administrate policy dividend reporting and distribution
- Become familiar with account balancing for policy administration to assure integrity.
- Support general Supplemental contract administration
- Backup, support and oversee mail distribution, address, return mail, credit reporting, alpha administration, claim validation and contacts
- Other Department Support duties as directed.
