QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
- College degree/or equivalent work experience.
- 4 years or more programming/system analyst experience with a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a lead.
- Experience and detailed knowledge of existing user business functions in order to apply software solutions to these areas to the fullest extent -- both at KCL and all subsidiary companies
- Broad knowledge of application architecture, standards and procedures across all platforms
- Demonstrated expertise in managing multiple testing projects concurrently is critical to meeting schedules
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Good organizational and people management skills
- Regular and reliable attendance and punctuality is an essential function of this position

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Development of plans for testing/verification and implementation of all new systems, system modifications, and enhancements in the various companies within the corporation.
- Validate systems integrity and quality through Model Office test systems. Notifies IT of required modifications. Manages and facilitates user testing and training on new and/or enhanced systems.
- Review, implement, follow-up on required changes/enhancements to systems and modifications of workflow, procedures and necessary documentation to support corporate strategy.
- Training of users for all aspects of system utilization to maximize the effective use of all software and procedures.
- Assure ongoing system maintenance through follow-up on system monitoring tools for data integrity.
- Maintain a highly qualified Model Office staff capable of fulfilling corporate goals of assuring maximum efficient use of software for maintaining cost control.
- Assure the effectiveness of all corporate users by simplifying, standardizing, and automating the systems security process across all platforms and providing systems security related services.
