QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
- 3 or more years of experience as a Platform Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or similar role.
- 2 or more years of experience with software development using JavaScript or similar language is preferred
- Proven experience in designing, developing, and maintaining complex infrastructure solutions in a cloud-based environment.
- Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, including continuous delivery and deployment.
- Expertise in containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with DevOps tools and practices, including CI/CD pipelines, version control systems, and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or Chef.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to the platform's infrastructure and applications.
- Knowledge of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, and load balancing.
- Familiarity with security best practices and protocols, including SSL, OAuth, and SSO.
- Regular and reliable attendance and punctuality is an essential function of this position
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
