QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 3 years experience in Boilers and HVAC
- Previous Johnson Control Systems experience is preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, steam, HVAC, basic refrigeration, and computerized control systems
- Ability to read building and control prints
- Strong written and oral communication skills with demonstrated problem-solving abilities
- Ability to lift 60 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- Ability to work Monday through Thursday, Midnight-9:00 am, and overtime as needed
- Regular and reliable attendance and punctuality is an essential function of this position.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Operate boilers, air handlers, leibert cooling systems, 250 ton chiller, 500 ton chiller, cooling towers, pumps, heat exchangers, fire systems, air compressors, water softeners, electric switch gear, domestic water systems, moisture detection systems,and Kugel fountain
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs to HVAC equipment
- Operate the Metasys and Casi-Rusco system which monitors HVAC, Fire, and Security
- Perform comprehensive building and equipment checks
- Perform chemical tests and water treatment on HVAC equipment
- Keep assigned work areas clean to maintain a safe work environment for employees
- Operate snow removal equipment (truck & bobcat).
